I have been using MLO now for 3 weeks. It is a great program for keeping track of my life. I have tried many apps and keep coming back to this one. I love how you can place some in your inbox, some in outline and so on. I have been tasking away.
Now with that said I have also downloaded the windows desktop software, which I love. When I am working on my PC I can open MLO desktop and load as many tasks and sub-tasks as I like. Initially when using I did not know about the desktop version, so I signed up for the MLO Cloud service. I was pretty excited about it. I could create tasks and back them up to the Cloud. Then when I started using the desktop I was syncing to the cloud and then syncing my phone. Unfortunately it would not sync correctly. I started from scratch thinking it was something I did and low and behold it didn't sync right again. I think there is a small flaw with the cloud and syncing. I have also tried syncing through Wi-Fi and it seemed to work better. But I was still missing some of my tasks.
So as I software and app as a whole I absolutely love this app/program. Once the sync bugs are taken care of I will give it 5 stars.
But if your just looking for an app for your tasks, this is the one you should try.
